Tips on how to exercise with hair extensions


  1. Use paraben and sulfate free products on extensions and hair when practicing your hair care routine after workouts.
  2. After working out, showering, or swimming, it is important to dry your extension bonds immediately and use a proper extension brush to brush through your hair. The Wet Brush works great.
  3. Remember to put your hair up when exercising. However, do not pull it back too tightly to avoid ruining the extensions. Another great tip is to wear a sweatband in order to keep your bonds dry and healthy.
