Tips on how to exercise with hair extensions
- Use paraben and sulfate free products on extensions and hair when practicing your hair care routine after workouts.
- After working out, showering, or swimming, it is important to dry your extension bonds immediately and use a proper extension brush to brush through your hair. The Wet Brush works great.
- Remember to put your hair up when exercising. However, do not pull it back too tightly to avoid ruining the extensions. Another great tip is to wear a sweatband in order to keep your bonds dry and healthy.
