Returns/Exchanges

LACED HAIR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. Exchange must be made within 14 days of original purchase, hair must be unused and in the original packaging, with ties intact.  Used or product that is not attached to the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that Laced Hair is not responsible for any shipping fees including custom fees.

HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE:

  1. You will receive an invoice with your online order. The bottom of the invoice is an exchange form. Fill out the necessary fields and include this with your package for exchange.
  2. Upon receipt of your package, a representative from Laced Hair headquarters will email you, notifying you that your package has been received and is being processed. 
  3. If the item you are hoping to exchange for is of equal value, your order will be shipped out to you.
  4. If the item you are hoping to exchange for is of lesser or greater value, you will be issued a store credit to the email associated with your account, in the form of an eGift Card. You can go to www.lacedhair.com to use and to place your new order. 

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY EXHANGES OR IN-STORE CREDIT.
