Important Notice for Utah Customers
To our customers and friends,
Every day seems to bring new developments related to the Coronavirus, and the uncertainty of our current situation is unsettling. Our thoughts go out to all of those locally and abroad that have already been impacted by the virus.
At Laced, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and our local community is our primary concern. We are closely monitoring the guidance of local Public Health Officials as well as the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
We are taking many steps to do out part to minimize the spread of this virus and the impact on our customers by enacting the following:
- To minimize face to face interactions we will be temporarily suspending In-Store Pickup for orders placed after 3/15. To offset this suspension, we will temporarily offer FREE SHIPPING for local Utah customers. To take advantage of this offer, please select the FREE SHIPPING (Limited Time Offer) method at checkout.
- NOTE: If you placed an in-store pickup order before 3/15, your order is still available for pickup.
- Laced Salon in Sandy will temporarily close at the end of business 3/20 in an effort to flatten the curve of the growing COVID-19 virus. We feel it is our duty to do our part to keep our staff, clients, and community safe.
- We intend to re-evaluate the situation on April 1st.
**4/2/20 - SALON UPDATE**
Salt Lake County has mandated the closure of all salons until further notice. Please check lacedhairsalon.com often for the latest updates regarding our salon operation status.
Please note: Online shipping will continue as usual and our customer service lines and social media channels are open for communication. This situation is evolving rapidly.
