I used this in conjunction with my Laced scalp shampoo and hydrating hair oil, and let me just say that my overall hair health has never been better. I am in my forties and this stuff has my hair looking fabulous and so full of volume. I had a hair fiasco with bleach and it has taken a very long time to nurse my hair back to health. When I discovered Laced Hair Care, I faithfully took the vitamins and used nothing but the shampoo, masque, oil, and scalp serum.
