Have You Seen Our Updated Return Policy?

We updated our return policy, and we want to give you a run down on some important things to note. If you aren’t satisfied with the product or ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to fix it if you follow these steps!

  1. Returning Guidelines

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase, must be unused and in its original packaging. It must be noted that used product or product not in its original packaging cannot be exchanged. Shipping fees to return said product are not covered by Laced.

  1. In-store Credit

In exchange for the unused returned package, we can offer you in-store credit for the value of the item. This can be used to purchase a different color or product that better suits your needs.

  1. How to Exchange an Order

To get started, Send us a message by visiting https://lacedhair.com/pages/contact and using "Credit + {{order number}}" as the subject of your email. EXAMPLE: "Credit + #123456". Upon the receipt of this email, we will then email a return address label to the email address associated with the order.

  1. Preparing Exchange for Shipment

Remember to include the paper invoice and the black card that says “keep this card” in your exchange package. Standard envelopes with padding are the best way to protect the hair. Print and attach the return label given in the appropriate spot, and then off it goes to our headquarters.

  1. What Happens Next

If the returned product is approved for exchange, we will send you an e-gift card for the amount you spent minus taxes and shipping charges. The e-gift code will come in an email.
