Laced Hair Tape-In Extensions: 

Adhering Laced Hair Tape-In Extensions to your natural hair will not cause any damage to your hair, as long as they are applied correctly. Laced Hair Tape-In Extensions are easily applied without the use of tools, beads, clips, or chemicals. The extensions are gently removed using Laced Hair Bond Remover and can be moved up/touched up with Laced Hair Tape-In Re-Tabs (replacement tape).

LACED HAIR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. Exchange must be made within 14 days of original purchase, must be unused, and in the original packaging.  Used or product that is not attached to the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Laced Hair is not responsible for any shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee will be charged at the time of your return.

 

HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE:

  1. You will receive an invoice with your online order. The bottom of the invoice is an exchange form. Fill out the necessary fields and include this with your package for exchange.
  2. Upon receipt of your package, a representative from Laced Hair headquarters will email you, notifying you that your package has been received and is being processed. 
  3. If the item you are hoping to exchange for is of equal value, your order will be shipped out to you.
  4. If the item you are hoping to exchange for is of lesser or greater value, you will be issued a store credit to your account, in the form of an eGift Card to www.lacedhair.com for you to use to place your new order. 

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY EXHANGES OR IN-STORE CREDIT.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting Support@lacedahir.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. 

 

STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 4-7 business days after we receive your order.

  

STANDARD SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:

Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 7-11 business days after we receive your order.

 

OVERNIGHT: AVAILABLE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY

Orders placed before 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the following business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

 

PRIORITY 2-3:

Orders placed by 9am MST will be processed the same business day. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 2-3 business days after we receive your order (excluding holidays).

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email at on the day that the order is shipped out.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Laced Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or FedEx, Laced Hair will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Laced Hair via Support@lacedhair.comprior to your order being shipped.

If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), customers must contact Laced Hair via Support@lacedhair.com one hour after the order is placed for correction. 

Laced Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

During the Holiday season Laced Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit 

 

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
